The Computer Engineering Department was established in 1988 and proudly celebrates 35 years of academic excellence. With the first batch graduating in 1991, the department has consistently contributed by producing skilled, disciplined, and industry-ready professionals.

The department offers a three-year (six semesters) Diploma Programme in Computer Engineering. The programme is affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Kerala, approved by AICTE, and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), ensuring high academic standards and quality education.

The department provides world-class computer laboratory facilities and modern infrastructure. Well-equipped labs, updated software, and high-speed networking support hands-on training in programming and emerging technologies, enhancing technical competence, problem-solving skills, confidence, and career readiness.
